Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients, creating a safe and supportive space where they can freely explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to help clients overcome emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers and healthcare providers, to develop comprehensive care plans that address clients’ holistic needs.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans with minimal paperwork requirements to focus more on client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.
