About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse at The Avenue at Lyndhurst, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility. You will be responsible for:
Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and nutrition management
Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and reporting changes to the healthcare team
Collaborating with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care

Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the state of Ohio
Active RN license in good standing
