Maintenance Technician

Regional Maintenance TechnicianWinnCompanies is looking for a Regional Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will split your time between Westcott Twin in Swampscott, MA and multiple sites in the Boston, MA area as well as a few properties located in New Hampshire.This regional position may be assigned to any property in the portfolio and is expected to work at multiple sites in the Boston area based on the need. Unit range can vary between 60-500 units. In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in your assigned communities, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots. You will also lead and train other maintenance technicians on the team.The pay range for this position is $30.00 to $34.00 per hour, depending on experience.
