Assistant Manager, Valet Operations

Position Valet Parking Attendant Location 800 5th Ave, New York, NY 10065. Shift & Schedule Mornings and Evenings, Monday - Friday & Holiday Pay Rate $23.00 - $25.00 per hour plus cash tip! About the Role At Reimagined Parking we believe great people drive great results. The Valet Parking Attendant will provide excellent customer service, assist with parking operations, perform attendant and cashier duties, and maintain safety and cleanliness at our premises. Responsibilities Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports. Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff. Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies. Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable. Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable. Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management. Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed. Qualifications You are at least 18 years old. You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years. Energetic, outgoing and capable of standing, running, and carrying items up to 50 lbs if needed. Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach. Can thrive in a fast‑paced environment and resolve customer issues positively. Have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience. Motivated to take on new challenges, with experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry. Roll‑up‑the‑sleeves, get‑stuff‑done type of person who is organized, honest, and thoughtful.
