A leading global management consulting firm is seeking a high-performing Partner to lead its’ Commercial Due Diligence practice in the US for Software and Technology PE and Corporate clients. This team works with some of the world’s most sophisticated investors across the full investment lifecycle, from transaction support and due diligence to value creation and portfolio transformation. The Role As part of the team, you will work closely with corporations, private equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices and other long-term investors to maximise the value of their investments in the tech and software industry. Your work will involve: Supporting investors on market screening and investment opportunity identification Conducting commercial due diligence and transaction advisory Collaborating with global teams to deliver high-impact strategic insights This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes investment decisions while developing deep expertise in private equity and M&A.
