divh2Executive Assistant/h2pThe Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives and project leadership, ensuring efficient office and project operations in support of the clients requirements. The Executive Assistant acts as a key liaison between the executive team, internal staff, stakeholders, and external partners, facilitating effective communication, scheduling, and documentation./ppThis position aligns with Cayuses core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability, and Integrity by fostering technical solutions that meet customer needs, promoting teamwork, and prioritizing quality in deliverables./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide executive administrative support using the MS Office Suite./liliApply working knowledge of MilPDS, GTC, DTS, ERM, and DDR to support administrative processes as required./liliProvide administrative and program support to the Commanders Support Staff (CSS) (e.g. In/Out processing, monitoring/managing performance reports, and other programs assigned by the client./liliProvide administrative support to squadron senior leadership (e.g. calendars, meetings, correspondence, travel)./liliSupport coordination of schedules, correspondence, and administrative documentation./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications Heres What You Need/h3pThe qualifications and skills listed below are intended to provide a general overview of the requirements for this position.
