ResponsibilitiesBuild strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
Recommend customized insurance solutions across auto, home, umbrella, earthquake, life, specialty, and business lines
Conduct needs-based policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage updates
Provide timely, accurate quotes and follow up consistently to close sales
Maintain detailed, compliant client records using agency systems
Cross-sell products to increase retention and overall account value
Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
RequirementsPersonal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
Vietnamese/English bilingual (required)
Prior insurance sales or customer service experience strongly preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and agency management systems
Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
