Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions designed to foster connections among clients, enabling them to share their experiences and support one another in their healing journeys.

• Individual Therapy: Deliver personalized counseling sessions, utilizing empathetic listening and clinical expertise to help clients navigate their thoughts and feelings, fostering resilience and developing effective coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults navigating mental health challenges, ranging from mood disorders to anxiety and stress-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• Possession of active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in the state of Maryland.

• Documented experience treating clients with mental health and mood disorders, preferably in either residential or outpatient settings.
