About the Role Our client is searching for a dedicated and innovative Customer Experience Manager to oversee and enhance the customer journey in Welkom, Free State . Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs, reporting on performance and progress. Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer experience, customer service management, or a related role. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Experience with CRM software and customer feedback platforms. Ability to work effectively in both an office environment and remotely in Welkom, Free State . Leadership qualities with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
