Job Responsibilities

• Design Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them meet their functional milestones.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ research-supported methods to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive, integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers about therapeutic techniques to support progress beyond the clinical environment.
• Track and Review Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on the right track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education and advanced certifications.

Licensing & Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory.
