Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Account Manager based in Horsham, PA. The role involves managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction, maintaining strong business relationships, and providing superior customer support. The Customer Account Manager will work to address customer inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, analyze client needs, and ensure that project timelines and goals are achieved effectively. Responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term collaboration with clients to achieve mutual success.
