You'll own strategic customer relationships, help brands adopt AI-powered workflows, advise on content and performance marketing, and ensure customers get real value.You'll work with founders, marketers, ecommerce teams, and executives to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion, scale content production, and increase product adoption.This is not a traditional customer success role.
