Job Description
We are seeking an Office Clerk to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and verify invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Match physical checks against invoices, investigate discrepancies
- Track and verify customer signatures on invoices, investigate discrepancies
- Match invoices against QuickBooks, investigate discrepancies
- Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications
- Basic data entry and accuracy
- Preferred knowledge of standard accounting procedures
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Must be organized
