Everus Construction is seeking an HR Admin in Portland, OR to support HR operations and ensure compliance with HR policies. The ideal candidate will coordinate new hire orientation, maintain HR records, and support the Drug Free Workplace Program. This position requires a working knowledge of HR practices acquired through experience or education. Key skills include detail orientation, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
