Responsibilities
- Perform the professional functions of a Registered Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in the CCU.
- Coordinate, manage, provide, and delegate patient care while maintaining patient safety.
- Meet established standards of nursing practice and promote cooperation among the health care team.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and respond to emergencies in a high-acuity CCU environment.
- Document patient care, progress, and responses to interventions in the medical record.
- Educate patients and families as appropriate and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize outcomes.

Requirements
- Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in critical care nursing.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to a fast-paced CCU setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate care with the health care team.
- Commitment to patient safety and adherence to standards of nursing practice.
- CCU or high-acuity nursing experience preferred.
