Corporate Director of HR and Culture

Job Summary

At Garden Springs Healthcare, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and a compassionate environment for our residents. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a strong and steady Corporate Director of HR & Culture to lead our people systems and leadership development. This is a full-time, multi-site position that will play a critical role in shaping our culture and driving our growth.

Responsibilities

Lead HR policy, compliance, and employee relations across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent and effective implementation
Develop and implement standardized onboarding, documentation, and performance practices to improve employee engagement and retention
Foster a positive and inclusive culture by strengthening communication, engagement, and leadership development throughout the organization
Improve hiring, onboarding, and leadership development pathways to ensure a strong and talented workforce
Provide HR support for acquisitions, organizational planning, and HR metrics reporting
Serve as a steady and structured resource for building leadership teams and driving organizational growth

Requirements

5+ years of HR leadership experience (Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred)
Strong expertise in HR compliance, employee relations, and policy development
Clear and confident communicator with strong decision-making skills
Dependable and structured leadership approach with excellent follow-through
Ability to travel throughout Ohio
SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
