You will not be handed a warm list of buyers; you will own the front end of the sales cycle, executing a high-volume, relentless allbound motion to turn cold outreach into qualified pipeline. Key Responsibilities Drive new-logo growth by executing a high-velocity allbound motion, attacking target accounts via phone, email, and social channels. Nurture inbound leads and ruthlessly prospect outbound to secure high-value discovery meetings for the Account Executive team. Hit and exceed daily activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked) to consistently build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Conduct deep account research and market analysis to craft highly personalized messaging that cuts through the noise. Collaborate directly with sales leadership, participating in weekly call reviews, strategy sessions, and continuous, real-time coaching. Maintain meticulous records and accurate pipeline data within the CRM. Qualifications Former college, professional, or Olympic athlete, or military veteran. Highly disciplined, activity-driven mindset with the unmatched resilience to sustain high daily volume under pressure. Natural communication skills with the ability to hold real, qualifying business conversations and transition prospects smoothly. Fiercely coachable; you actively seek out weekly feedback, absorb training, and apply it immediately on the next call.
