Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures - Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary - Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, including invoicing and expense tracking - Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance - Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as an office manager or administrative role - Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software - Strong organizational and leadership abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Must have a valid driver's license - Learn on the Go - Self-Starter - Long-Term Team Players Wanted Company Description About Us: Founded in 2007, Buy Right Auto Sales, Inc. has continued to grow and thrive successfully in the Fort Wayne area.
