Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing evidence-based practices to determine their needs and aspirations.

• Formulate collaborative treatment plans that address individual or couple dynamics, incorporating client feedback to ensure tailored interventions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions addressing a variety of mental health concerns, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to promote emotional healing.

• Lead couples therapy sessions to enhance communication skills, resolve conflict, and strengthen interpersonal dynamics.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and school counselors when applicable, to provide holistic care.

• Respond efficiently to crisis situations, providing immediate support to clients in acute distress or emergencies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development through training opportunities and staying engaged with the latest research in marriage and family therapy.

• Advocate for clients by providing resources and referrals to additional services as needed.

• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client interactions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
