Role Overview We are seeking a highly connected, strategic, and creative Partnerships, PR & Collaborations Manager to help drive brand visibility, cultural relevance, and strategic growth through partnerships, PR initiatives, and experiential collaborations. This role will play a key part in developing meaningful relationships with brands, talent, creators, agencies, media, and industry partners while supporting elevated brand storytelling across marketing, experiential, and PR channels. The ideal candidate is immersed in culture, wellness, fashion, beauty, hospitality, and entertainment, with strong instincts for relationship-building, collaboration development, and modern brand marketing. This role reports directly to the Chief Creative Officer and works cross-functionally with internal brand, experiential, and marketing teams, as well as external PR agencies and partners. Responsibilities Partnerships & Collaborations Identify, develop, and manage strategic brand collaborations and partnership opportunities Build relationships with aligned brands, creators, talent, agencies, founders, and cultural tastemakers Lead partnership ideation from concept through execution Manage collaboration timelines, communications, deliverables, and approvals Ensure all partnerships align with overall brand positioning and creative direction PR & Brand Relations Work closely with PR agencies to support launches, media opportunities, gifting initiatives, and brand visibility Cultivate relationships with editors, stylists, influencers, publicists, and key industry contacts Support celebrity, influencer, and VIP outreach efforts Assist in driving earned media opportunities and strategic brand moments Experiential & Cultural Marketing Support planning and execution of events, activations, dinners, retreats, wellness experiences, photo shoots, and community moments Help create partnership-driven experiential concepts that drive engagement and cultural relevance Coordinate with internal teams to ensure experiential moments translate into compelling social and digital storytelling Assist with creator and influencer relationship management during events and campaigns Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with brand, experiential, creative, marketing, and social teams to support integrated campaign execution Maintain strong communication across internal teams, external partners, and PR agencies Contribute to overall brand growth through strategic partnerships and cultural marketing initiatives Qualifications 4–8+ years of experience in partnerships, PR, experiential marketing, brand marketing, or related fields Strong network within wellness, beauty, fashion, hospitality, entertainment, or lifestyle industries Proven experience managing partnerships and collaborations from ideation through execution Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills Strong understanding of social media, cultural marketing, and modern brand storytelling Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments Passion for wellness, lifestyle, culture, and community-driven brands Preferred Traits Creative thinker with strong cultural awareness Strong eye for aesthetics and brand alignment Relationship-oriented and community-focused Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Excited by startup environments and evolving brand growth Work Location & Schedule This position follows an enforced hybrid schedule, requiring team members to be present in our San Diego, California office at least four days per week (Monday–Thursday). Fridays are available for remote work. This role also requires attendance at all in-person monthly team meetings and quarterly company events. Physical Requirements This role primarily involves office-based work and requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move items up to 20–30 pounds, such as files or office supplies. Employees should be able to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer-based tasks, including prolonged exposure to a computer screen.
