Outside Sales Representative – Commercial Services (B2B)

Location: West Houston (Katy, Energy Corridor & Cypress)

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000+ per year

We're the newest Houston location of an established 26-year commercial pavement maintenance franchise, specializing in parking lot striping, pavement markings, pressure washing, and exterior maintenance. This is an opportunity to join a growing business from the ground up while backed by a proven franchise system.

Our mission is simple: provide exceptional service, build long-term customer relationships, and become the preferred pavement maintenance partner for commercial property owners and managers throughout West Houston.

What You'll Do

This is a true outside sales role focused on generating new commercial business throughout West Houston.

Responsibilities include:

• Prospect commercial properties through in-person visits, phone, and email
• Build relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOA managers, and commercial property owners
• Conduct site visits, prepare proposals, and close new business
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM
• Coordinate with operations on scheduling and scope to ensure excellent customer service
• Meet monthly sales and activity goals
• Represent the company professionally in the field

What We're Looking For

Required

• Self-motivated, personable, and results-driven
• Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and handling rejection
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable spending most of the day in the field
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, email)

Preferred

• 1–3 years of outside B2B sales experience
• Experience selling to property managers, HOA management companies, facility managers, or commercial real estate
• Experience in commercial services, construction, landscaping, janitorial, facilities maintenance, pavement maintenance, roofing, pressure washing, pest control, uniform services, or similar industries is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000+
• Base salary up to $50,000
• Uncapped commission with six-figure earning potential
