Operations Support Representative

To support various Operations roles, the full-time Operations Support Representative will manage administrative functions, conduct phone interviews with clients for underwriting, and build relationships with internal and external partners while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities Analyze, route, and monitor transactions to appropriate queues, including cases and emails Provide follow-up support for pending service transactions through effective communication with Financial Representatives and clients Build and nurture relationships with business partners to deliver exceptional service in a client- and field-centric approach Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Zero to one year of prior customer service or financial services experience Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and financial products Willingness to embrace continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment
