About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for the US West region. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets, expanding the customer base, and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be a dynamic leader with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the engineering industry, a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, and a proven track record in driving the sales process and achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities also include leading the west coast team, collaborating with internal teams, and conducting B2B cold outreach.
