Senior Account Executive, National Ad Sales

About the Role This Senior Account Executive role is built for a hands‑on individual contributor who wants to own a national book of business and grow it into meaningful, recurring revenue. You will report to the EVP of Sales and Partnerships and work closely with senior leadership on larger strategic opportunities as the business scales. This is a lean, entrepreneurial environment with real ownership and visibility, where success depends on the ability to generate and close new business directly rather than work an existing pipeline. Key Responsibilities Own and grow a national book of agency and brand-direct accounts across FAST and CTV Close six‑figure deals across scatter, sponsorships, custom integrations, and audience‑based packages Partner with senior sales leadership on seven‑figure, multi‑quarter opportunities, contributing to pitch development and execution Educate media buyers on the value of FAST and CTV within modern media plans, including reach, performance, and audience alignment Build custom client solutions in partnership with internal teams, shaping sponsorships, branded content, and culturally relevant advertising programs Maintain accurate, current CRM data to support reliable forecasting and revenue planning Collaborate cross‑functionally with ad operations, marketing, and programming to ensure strong execution, renewals, and client satisfaction Drive new business through proactive outbound prospecting as the primary individual‑contributor hunter on the team Build long‑term relationships with agency and brand stakeholders that support repeat and expanded investment Qualifications 4–7+ years of advertising sales experience across CTV, FAST, OTT, digital video, or linear TV Experience selling into media agencies and/or brand marketers directly Demonstrated new‑business, hunter sales background, with the ability to generate and close pipeline independently Comfortable operating autonomously as an individual contributor in a fast‑moving, lean organization Based in New York or Chicago preferred, with flexibility for an exceptional candidate Existing relationships with media agencies at major holding companies is a plus Familiarity with CTV measurement, attribution, and brand lift studies is a plus Experience selling audience‑driven or culturally relevant media is a plus Commission: Uncapped, with meaningful upside tied to performance Benefits: Paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr 80Twenty
