Training Program Analyst (Administrative Analyst/Specialist II)

Position Summary Are you passionate about helping others learn, adapt, and succeed? San Diego State University is seeking a Training Program Analyst to shape the learning experiences that support business and financial operations across campus. In this role, you’ll collaborate with campus partners to develop engaging training programs, improve business processes, and help the University successfully implement new systems and initiatives. As a key member of the Audit & Continuous Improvement team, you’ll support enterprise-wide training, organizational readiness, knowledge management, and change management efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to combine creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement while helping the SDSU community build confidence with new technologies and business processes. Key Responsibilities Design and coordinate enterprise training programs that support business systems, onboarding, and professional development. Partner with campus stakeholders to support organizational readiness and successful implementation of new systems and processes. Manage training initiatives by coordinating learning resources, business process documentation, and knowledge management efforts across campus. Evaluate program effectiveness, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements that enhance learning and operational excellence.
