Our Media team works directly alongside our Creative Strategy team, so the person in this role will help shape the content that gets made in addition to launching, optimizing, and reporting on its performance.

The role

\n

We're hiring a Senior Growth Media Manager to own paid search and social performance across a portfolio of client accounts.

\n

\n

You'll be hands-on keys across Google, Meta, and TikTok. You'll be the media lead clients turn to for strategy, pacing, and results. 

\n

\n
• Reports to: Media Director
\n
• Works with: Media Managers, Creative Director and Creative Strategists, client stakeholders
\n
• Scope: 3 to 6 client accounts, managing $500K+ in total monthly ad spend across your portfolio 
\n
• Location: Fully remote (or potential in person in Austin, if desired) 
\n

What you'll do

\n

Run the accounts

\n

\n
• Build, launch and optimize campaigns across Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube), Meta, and TikTok
\n
• Own campaign planning, budget pacing, bidding strategy and KPI targets for every account, and flag risk before a client has to ask
\n
• Structure ad accounts based on each platform’s best practices while also keeping each client’s unique needs and ICP in mind. 
\n
• Run search term, keyword and RSA reviews, and keep negative and exclusion lists current. 
\n

Drive growth, not just maintenance

\n

\n
• Plan and maintain a steady testing roadmap that includes audiences, bidding, creative, landing pages, and new channels.
\n
• Go beyond in-platform metrics: reconcile platform data with the client's CRM or BI tools (Metabase, HubSpot, GA4, etc.) to find what actually drives results. 
\n
• Partner with Creative Strategists on creative iterations using performance data to help determine what’s working and what’s not. 
\n

Own the measurement

\n

\n
• Audit and maintain pixel, Conversions API, enhanced conversions and offline conversions.
\n
• Set up and interpret lift tests, geo holdouts and A/B experiments where budget allows.
\n

\n

\n

Lead the client relationship

\n

\n
• Present weekly updates and monthly performance reviews with a clear point of view on what happened and recommendations on how to move forward
\n
• Quickly handle escalations with a diagnosis and next steps
\n

\n

\n

What you bring

\n

\n
• 5+ years hands-on keys at an agency, where you’ve built and optimized campaigns yourself (not only overseeing others) across Meta, Google, TikTok
\n
• Current Google Ads certifications (Search plus at least one of Display, Video or App) 
\n
• Managed multiple accounts at $100K+ per month at the same time, with a track record of hitting CPA or ROAS goals at that scale
\n
• Experience using AI tools like Claude in your day-to-day workflow (campaign management, reporting, deck creation)
\n
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable in spreadsheets, reading attribution and incrementality data, and explaining what it means in plain language
\n
• Working knowledge of tracking: GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel and CAPI, enhanced conversions, UTMs and CRM integrations
\n
• Clear, confident communicator who can present results to founders and marketing leads and push back with data when needed
\n
• Proactive ownership: you surface risks, pacing issues and ideas before anyone asks
\n
• Mentor Media Managers and review their builds
\n
• Proactively share industry news and platform updates
\n
• A desire to constantly learn and grow
\n

Nice to have

\n

\n
• Experience in lead gen, fintech or other regulated categories (special ad categories, housing, credit, health)
\n
• Hands-on experience across additional channels: LinkedIn, X and Reddit, ChatGPT ads, Nextdoor, CTV, Amazon or Apple Search Ads
\n
• Meta Certified Media Buying Professional (or equivalent current Meta certification)
\n
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Metabase, Looker, Funnel or Triple Whale
