As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Resilient Serene Whisper Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Developing personalized and evidence-based treatment plans utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that adhere to HIPAA regulations and reflecting each client's treatment progress and outcomes.

• Actively collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other social workers, to deliver coordinated care.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
