Senior Accounting Manager (Technical & Systems) Our client is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager (Technical & Systems) to play a pivotal role in building the accounting foundation for a rapidly scaling US business undergoing corporate redomiciliation and preparing for future public-company readiness. This is a high-impact opportunity for a technically strong accounting professional who enjoys designing scalable accounting architecture, leading ERP implementations, and translating complex operations into clear, audit-ready financial structures. The successful candidate will take ownership of implementing NetSuite and designing the accounting framework that will support the company’s operations and growth over the next 2–3 years. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation and configuration of NetSuite, including chart of accounts, entities, workflows, and reporting structures. Design a public-company-ready accounting architecture aligned with future operational scale. Act as the technical accounting lead, providing guidance on accounting treatment, system design, and best practices. Support financial restructuring as the business redomiciles to the United States. Build scalable processes for multi-entity operations, intercompany transactions, and FX considerations. Establish accounting structures to support inventory tracking, operational revenue streams, and project-based financial reporting. Provide technical oversight across complex accounting areas including equity-based compensation, fair value models, and convertible instruments. Partner closely with leadership to define and implement accounting processes that support future growth and audit readiness. What We’re Looking For Senior Accounting Manager or Technical Accounting professional with strong US GAAP expertise. Proven experience leading or owning ERP implementations (NetSuite strongly preferred). Deep understanding of multi-entity accounting, subsidiaries, intercompany eliminations, and FX accounting. Experience designing scalable accounting structures rather than simply operating within existing ones. Exposure to public-company environments, IPO readiness, or complex technical accounting areas is highly valued.
