Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, clearly articulating short-term and long-term goals along with specific interventions.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
