Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health status and needs of clients, collecting detailed histories and understanding their treatment goals.

• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans that are reflective of each client's goals, employing therapeutic modalities that are evidence-based.

• Provide consistent one-on-one therapy sessions for adult clients through our teletherapy platform, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Effectively manage crisis situations when necessary, demonstrating sound judgement and professionalism in tense situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our therapy team, you will work predominantly with a diverse adult client population facing various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will assist clients in overcoming their challenges, leveraging your skills to empower them towards recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and peers alike.

• A compassionate and empathetic approach, paired with a non-judgmental attitude towards all clients.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your schedule effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and session management.

• Demonstrated record of ethical practice with no history of disciplinary actions on your license.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of therapeutic experience is strongly preferred, indicating an established capability to handle various client needs. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms is also advantageous, enhancing your ability to deliver effective care from a distance.
