Overview Manager, Programming &Creative Development for Teen Vogue located inNewYork,NY. The role will lead the creation and growth of digital video content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms, building a portfolio of premium, scalable video IP and supporting live cultural events. Primary Responsibilities Organize and lead development brainstorms for new video series and one‑offs. Pitch video ideas for social and YouTube to populate Teen Vogue’s programming calendars. Align with brand editorial priorities and KPIs to produce five social videos weekly. Produce and direct shoots across all video platforms, including celebrity and editor‑led content. Set up, capture, and break down on‑set EQ for weekly social video shoots. Represent Teen Vogue at events, capturing on‑site interviews at red carpets, premieres, pop‑ups, and more. Self‑film high‑quality video on an iPhone and edit in Adobe Premiere. Lead studio shoots with production gear, and maintain general knowledge of Sony cameras. Create new pilots and generate ideas for pre‑existing series for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube. Establish visual best practices and the look and feel for series and pilots in collaboration with brand stakeholders. Collaborate with editorial team on talent acquisition and development. Track video performance and adjust creative in partnership with Audience Development to engage fans and attract new viewers and advertisers. Collaborate cross‑functionally on Teen Vogue editorial, events, and tent‑pole initiatives. Assist with Vogue video and social production when necessary. Desired Skills and Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in digital media, including production and content creation. Interview experience with high‑profile talent and experts. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Adobe Premiere, and familiarity with graphic tools for short‑form video. General knowledge of video EQ gear and iPhone filming techniques. Understanding of internet culture and platform‑specific video strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reels. Ability to balance long‑term value with near‑term business goals, manage a heavy workload, and prioritize effectively. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $84,000–106,000. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may be eligible for discretionary bonus compensation.
