The Pay

• Expected first-year earnings of $80,000–$90,000
• Uncapped commission – top SDRs earn $145,000+
• $5,000 salary increases every three months when performance targets are achieved
• High performers regularly earn well into six figures

• Make outbound B2B calls to business leaders across the US
• Generate new business opportunities every day
• Qualify prospects and schedule high-value appointments

• Full-time availability (Monday-Friday) — no weekends
