Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs, preferences, and goals, fostering a supportive therapeutic relationship.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques based on client progress and feedback.

• Educate and support clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their journey toward recovery.

• Regularly monitor and document clients' progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes and address evolving needs.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care.

• Stay informed on the latest developments in mood disorder research and therapeutic techniques to enhance service delivery and client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Florida.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities for mood disorders, particularly in CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
