Executive Assistant (Clinical Background Preferred)
Alora Supports | Lawrence / Lecompton, Kansas | Full-time | $22.00–$26.50/hr ($45K–$55K a year)

Alora Supports provides person-centered, home and community-based services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and keep our administrative and clinical operations running smoothly. This role combines executive assistant work with clinical administrative support. It's ideal for someone with a clinical background who enjoys variety, takes initiative and keeps track of details while priorities shift.

What you'll do
- Provide day-to-day support to the CEO: scheduling, meeting prep, organizing information and following up on priorities
- Support compliance audits by gathering records, reviewing documentation for completeness and tracking follow-up items
- Pull and organize data, prepare reports and compile information to support operational decisions
- Maintain documents, spreadsheets, task lists and other administrative systems
- Coordinate communication and follow-up with team members and external contacts
- Take on additional administrative tasks and special projects as needs arise

What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, executive support or office coordination work
- A clinical background is strongly preferred, such as work as an RBT, in IDD support services, or in a similar role in a healthcare setting like a nursing home, hospital or skilled nursing facility
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and reliable follow-through
- Clear communication and comfort working directly with a CEO in a growing organization
- The ability to manage shifting priorities, ask thoughtful questions and work independently
- Sound judgment and discretion with confidential clinical and business information (HIPAA)
- Comfort with spreadsheets, shared documents, calendars and learning new software
- Reliable transportation for work between Lecompton and Lawrence

Schedule and location
- Full-time, generally Monday–Friday 9 AM–5 PM, with occasional after-hours work
- Hybrid, with most work done in person in the Lawrence/Lecompton, Kansas area. In-person availability is required.
- To start, work will include time at the CEO's home office in Lecompton and meetings in Lawrence. We plan to open an office in Lawrence.
- Start date: as soon as possible
