You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, support routine patrols, and provide outstanding customer service and communication to help promote a secure environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Thursday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by following site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to the property. Maintain visitor logs, issue access credentials as directed, and communicate clearly with property management, tenants, and/or responding personnel regarding security‑related concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related activity according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unusual activity and identify conditions that may require attention. Minimum Requirements: 2+ years of security‑related experience is required. Applicants must be 21+ years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
