Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.88 / Hour Job Schedule Wed: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Thur: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM Sun: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location, including common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to the location and help to deter unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence. Support day-to-day operations by communicating with property management and/or Allied Universal personnel regarding maintenance issues, tenant concerns, and other security-related matters. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
