As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a premier retail location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere for shoppers, guests, and staff. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday and Thursday: 11:00 PM - 07:30 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points, observe foot traffic, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Support retail operations by assisting with crowd management, directing guests, and documenting incidents and daily activities in accordance with site guidelines. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
