RecruiterSeeking an experienced Recruiter to support early talent and university recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of campus recruiting experience and a strong background managing university partnerships, recruiting events, and high-volume early career hiring.Manage relationships with 5–6 universities and support campus recruiting activitiesCoordinate recruiting events, career fairs, interview scheduling, and offer rolloutsSupport intern and entry-level hiring for both engineering and non-engineering rolesTravel to universities and recruiting events during peak hiring seasonsCollaborate with hiring managers and recruiting teams to ensure a smooth candidate experienceBachelor's degree required3-4 years of experience in campus/early talent recruitingStrong experience with university partnerships and event coordinationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to travel up to 50%Travel expenses and per diem will be reimbursed during recruiting seasons
