El Barco - Martha's Vineyard Now Hiring: Sous Chef El Barco is seeking a strong, hands-on Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen through a high-volume, fast-paced season on Martha's Vineyard. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on organization, standards, and team development.
