Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a varied caseload of clients, ensuring the establishment of trust and professionalism while adhering to ethical guidelines.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, set goals for upcoming appointments, and determine readiness for discharge.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continuously assess individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation and timely progress notes for each client, using tools such as RMS systems and Microsoft Excel, to track therapeutic developments.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and strategies, enhancing overall client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population, including adults, children, and families, all of whom present distinct challenges and needs. Your work will directly contribute to the mental wellness of those you serve, empowering them through tailored therapeutic interventions that respect their unique backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Active status as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia, with no restrictions on independent practice.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is mandatory.

• Proficient computer skills, including competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and experience with clinical management software such as PIMSY.

• A demonstrated history of providing psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.

• Experience in developing and executing person-centered treatment plans that genuinely reflect client needs and goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The remuneration for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually , commensurate with experience. We also offer bonus opportunities, ensuring that your hard work is recognized and rewarded.
