Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with each client's unique needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individuals, couples, and families.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to coordinate client care and improve patient outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with best practices in mental health treatment and research.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed, ensuring their safety and well-being during challenging situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients facing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Your ability to empathize, understand, and effectively communicate with a diverse range of clientele will be essential. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
