Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Help customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
  • Keep customer records updated and accurate.
  • Support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Assist in developing and improving customer retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth office operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred and highly valued).
  • Interest in business, admin, or customer service (experience is great but not required).
  • A calm, professional approach in high-pressure situations.
  • Friendly, proactive, and eager to learn.

Compensation: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
