Sample Processing Associate - Weekend PM

$14.85 - $29.65 per hour

Abbott seeks a Clinical Lab Associate I for specimen processing operations in their Cancer Diagnostics division. The role involves accessioning, processing, automation support, and laboratory maintenance on a weekend evening shift (Saturday-Monday, 6pm-6:30am).

Responsibilities

Perform specimen accessioning, processing, racking, and automation operation
Maintain lab equipment, perform cleaning, and support process line operations
Document problems and resolutions following Good Documentation Practices
Handle and dispose of specimens following standard precautions and safety protocols
Support quality improvements, audits, and operational initiatives

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and email
Legal work authorization without sponsorship
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and tolerate exposure to bodily fluids

Compensation: $14.85–$29.65/hour
