Argus Community, Inc.
Argus Community, Inc. is seeking an Outreach Health Worker to support the Care Management team. You will conduct outreach engagements, assist with transportation and intake, and help connect participants to health and social services across the Bronx and NYC area. The role requires travel, empathy for clients, and ability to document interactions and outcomes.
