Healthcare / Business Law Attorney

Our client is seeking a Healthcare / Business Law Attorney with 3–5+ years of experience to join its growing practice.

Responsibilities:

• Advise healthcare providers, physician practices, and business clients on a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and business agreements.
• Handle healthcare compliance, corporate governance, and business transactions.
• Provide strategic legal counsel on operational and regulatory issues.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas on sophisticated matters.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in healthcare law, business law, or a combination of both.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience with healthcare regulatory and transactional matters is preferred.
• An accounting or financial background is highly desirable.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar in good standing.
