Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients facing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both in the community and virtually.

• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and improve overall care strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

• Utilize assessment tools and therapeutic approaches to develop individualized treatment plans based on your clients' needs, cultural backgrounds, and preferences.

• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in distress.

• Document progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with agency policies and healthcare regulations, ensuring continuity of care.

• Participate in professional development opportunities and supervision sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to social work best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on the hospice population, which often consists of individuals with physical illnesses that significantly impact their emotional health. You will work alongside patients and their families, providing counseling and support to help them navigate the complexities of chronic illness and end-of-life issues. This includes addressing grief, loss, and other psychological challenges that arise during this critical time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Strong knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment modalities, and crisis intervention strategies tailored to the hospice patient population.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
