About the Role

\n

The ECG-AI Commercial Deployment Project Manager leads the execution of commercial deployments and clinical implementations for Anumana’s AI-driven medical software (SaMD). Acting as the primary operational liaison for major health system partners (such as Mayo Clinic, Duke Heart, UTSW etc.), this role drives technical integrations, clinical go-lives, and workflow optimization from kick-off to post-deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

\n

End-to-End Deployment Leadership: Independently manage the rollout of ECG-AI and other SaMD products across enterprise health systems. Lead partner kick-offs, clinical orientation sessions, and go-live clinics to ensure seamless adoption.

\n

Technical Integration Management: Drive the resolution of complex integration bottlenecks in collaboration with external hospital IT and internal engineering teams. Oversee troubleshooting for API connectivity, secure environment setups (e.g., SSL certificate validations), and EHR result formatting (e.g., OBX-8 configurations).

Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for customer deployments.
\n
• Ensure timely delivery within scope and quality standards.
\n
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
\n

Stakeholder Communication:

\n

\n
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare providers, IT teams, and vendors.
\n

\n

\n

Stakeholder & Scope Alignment:

\n

Translate signed customer agreements and service summaries into actionable execution plans, ensuring scope remains contained. Facilitate weekly commercial deployment syncs, track action items, and maintain alignment between Commercial, Engineering, Product, and QA/RA teams.

\n

Required Qualifications

\n

Experience: 3–5 years of project or program management experience, specifically focused on HealthTech, MedTech, or enterprise hospital IT integrations.

\n

Technical Acumen: Strong working knowledge of API integrations, EHR/EMR clinical workflows (e.g., eClinicalWorks), and healthcare data environments.

\n

Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with deploying regulated medical software, Quality Management Systems, and general awareness of compliance frameworks (FDA 510(k), IDE protocols).

\n

Communication & Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional scrums, manage external client relationships at the enterprise level, and translate granular technical challenges into clear project milestones.
