Sales Account Executive

Summary The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for sales and account management of chemical products (primarily tire-related raw materials) at the Company. This role involves managing existing clients and developing new accounts across SC, NC, KY, OH, TN, IL, VA, MS, GA, Mexico, Costa Rica, Brazil, and the EU, while contributing to business expansion on the East Coast. The position is based in the Georgia office, which was established in August 2023 to strengthen sales activities and be closer to customers. Essential Duties Sell chemical and construction-related products, with a primary focus on tire raw materials. Manage multiple existing accounts and develop new accounts where possible. Negotiate prices, terms, warehouse costs, and delivery schedules with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Conduct market research and gather competitor intelligence. Monitor customer demand trends and manage sales forecasts, inventory, and receivables. Provide general administrative and office support, including sample shipping, documentation, and internal coordination. Travel within the U.S. (approximately one to two times per month, especially during the negotiation season from July to September). Working Hours and Working Style Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM). Style: Primarily office-based, with flexibility required for customer visits, negotiations, and occasional lifting of samples/packages (~60 lbs). Working Location Dunwoody, Georgia. Qualifications Sales experience in the chemical industry. Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant practical experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. Character fit: Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a small local team (currently two expatriates and one logistics partner).
