What You’ll Be Doing

As an Admin Assistant, you’ll support insurance claims processing and administration duties in Body & Paint department. This role manages end‑to‑end claim submissions, coordinates with insurers and surveyors, monitors repair progress, and ensures timely and accurate documentation while delivering excellent customer service.

• Assist customers with GIA reporting and insurance claim documentation.
• Prepare repair quotations and all required paperwork.
• Coordinate with insurance companies to schedule surveyor assessments and secure repair approvals.
• Arrange rental vehicles for customers when needed.
• Track parts availability and monitor the progress of repair works.
• Process reimbursement claims such as loss‑of‑use or rental vehicle claims.
• Review and finalize invoices and prepare discharge vouchers.
• Follow up with insurers on outstanding payments, surveyor appointments, and other claim matters.
• Liaise with independent service providers on claim‑related activities.
• Prepare various monthly reports
• Support Customer Service Advisors and reception by answering calls within 3 rings using professional telephone etiquette.

Who We’re Looking For

• This is a 12-Month Contract position
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent education.
• At least 2 years of experience handling insurance claims submissions and related administrative tasks.
• Strong network and working relationships with insurance surveyors and insurers.
• Customer‑focused with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
