Join Our Leadership Team
Rotorcraft Leasing Company (RLC) is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of our Human Resources function. This position is a key member of the leadership team and plays an integral role in supporting our employees and helping the Company achieve its business objectives.

What You'll Do
As our Human Resources Director, you will:

Provide strategic HR leadership and partner with executive management.
Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary matters.
Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Oversee compensation, benefits, leave administration, and performance review programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Lead HR compliance efforts, including I-9 administration, personnel records, and regulatory reporting.
Support leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Manage HR staff and foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and other departments to support a growing aviation organization.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
At least 5 years of HR leadership or management experience.
Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
Experience handling employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification.
Experience supporting multi-state operations.
Experience in aviation, transportation, manufacturing, oil & gas, or another highly regulated industry.
Experience with HRIS systems, compensation administration, and benefits management.
